QNAP NAS Settings Requirements

Ensure that the following requirements are followed to be able to launch AhsayOBM:

  • Web Server must be enabled

    Go to Control Panel > Applications > Web Server, tick the "Enable Web Server" checkbox then click Apply.

  • Web foProper lder must be included in the Shared Folder list

    Go to Control Panel > Privilege > Shared Folders, check the "Web" is present in the list.

Additional Information

The following features of AhsayOBM on QNAP NAS devices are supported but not displayed on the AhsayOBM GUI. These features can only be accessed or configured using the AhsayCBS Web Console:

  • Backup Source Filter
  • Advanced Retention Policy Type
  • Command Line Tool
  • Bandwidth Control
  • Follow Link
  • Compression
  • Usage Statistics Report
